**ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED WITH THE UTMOST CARE!**
Upon purchasing your original artwork or print, you will be charged between $5.50-$25.50 for domestic shipping. International orders will be charged between $15-$75 for shipping. This charge covers the cost of packing materials and postage. You will not be invoiced for shipping cost after your purchase.
Large original artwork exceeding 24” will ship anywhere in the US for free (excluding commissioned artwork). International orders will be charged a rate of at least $75 for shipping depending on weight and size. When applicable, this information will be posted in the item description.
If your order contains a combination of items, I will do my best to pack everything together in one box as long as space allows. In some cases using one box is impractical therefore I will group similar items together and ship your packages all at once.
ORIGINAL WORKS ON WOOD PANEL & CANVAS
Each piece is generously wrapped in bubble wrap and taped in place, protecting the work from all sides. The piece is then placed in an art-sized cardboard box with additional bubble wrap to keep the piece from moving while in transit. Originals listed for $250 or more have additional shipping insurance purchased on it by me in the event that the work is damaged by the postal system.
ORIGINAL WORKS ON PAPER & GICLEE PRINTS
Each work on paper or giclee print is carefully placed in a clear plastic sleeve with a piece of cardboard backing to prevent it from bending. Additional cardboard may be used to add rigidness. The work is then placed in an art-sized padded waterproof self-sealing envelope or art-sized cardboard box. Originals listed for $250 or more have additional shipping insurance purchased on it by me in the event that the work is damaged by the postal system.
COMMISSIONS
Shipping rate will be calculated and added to the total price of your custom piece. You will not be invoiced separately for the cost of shipping.
POLICIES
When an original artwork or print is added to my website, I will make public posts on my Instagram page as well as send out a Newsletter. I will make multiple social media posts and e-mail announcements regarding dates and times of item and series releases and restocks. It’s not under my control who does or does not purchase originals first or fastest on the e-commerce portion of my website. It’s first come first serve as all my artwork is unique, custom, and one of a kind. Additionally, it’s not under my control who does or does not place an item in their cart and proceed to checkout fastest.
When I open my books for commissions, I will make multiple posts on Instagram in addition to multiple Newsletters regarding the day of sign-ups and how many slots are available. When all spots are filled, I will make a post on social media and send an email update. Commission slots are first come first serve. It’s not under my control who does or does not book a commission first or fastest.
